What does it mean?
In few months I have been working in human resources department, I've been familiarized with offenses the employees might be committed.
Last week, it was the first time to encounter this offense (discourtesy against person). The funny thing was I was involved in this. But I was not the one who committed that, I was one of the victims. I cant tell you the story, it's confidential. Just sharing a work experience.
